1. Booking Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only after:

  • Advance payment is successfully received
  • Customer receives booking confirmation via phone, email, or WhatsApp

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer
More than 15 Days Before Check-in
  • Eligible for up to 90% refund
  • Processing charges may apply
7 to 15 Days Before Check-in
  • 50% refund of the booking amount
Less than 7 Days Before Check-in
  • No refund will be provided
No Show
  • No refund will be issued for no-shows or unused services

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within:

  • 7 to 14 business days

Refunds will be credited through the original payment method whenever possible.

4. Rescheduling Policy

Customers may request rescheduling based on:

  • Availability of boats/packages
  • Prior notice
  • Seasonal pricing differences

Additional charges may apply during peak seasons or holidays.

5. Cancellation by Service Provider

In rare situations, bookings may be canceled due to:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Government restrictions
  • Technical or operational issues
  • Safety concerns

In such cases:

  • Customers may choose rescheduling OR
  • Receive a full or partial refund depending on the situation

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Last-minute cancellations
  • Delayed arrival or early departure
  • Personal travel issues
  • Natural conditions affecting sightseeing experience
  • Dissatisfaction due to weather or traffic conditions

7. Special Holiday Bookings

Bookings during:

  • Public holidays
  • Festival seasons
  • Long weekends
  • New Year and Christmas periods

may have separate cancellation and refund rules. Customers are advised to confirm policies before booking.
